The face behind Handsome Ground, Helena is a branding specialist who facilitates a wide range of communication outcomes including print, digital and environmental design. Partnering with medical specialists & professional service providers across the medical and healthcare sectors, Helena has crafted thoughtful brand identities, print & digital solutions for hundreds of clients.

Helena founded Handsome Ground Studio in 2016, after completing a Bachelor Art History & Theory, a Masters of Art Administration & Curatorial Studies and a Masters of Fine Arts (majoring in drawing), all from the College of Fine Arts (CoFA), University of New South Wales, Sydney.

WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?

Our name ‘Handsome Ground’ speaks to the beautiful beginnings of things.

The ‘ground’ is where we begin, it is where seeds are planted and new adventures are born. Your foundations, your beginnings, why you do what you do, are important elements to harness in order to be able to express your value and positioning.

We start here, preparing the ground, staring at the white page, as we design through conversation and exploration, listening & questioning, laying a solid foundations for your brand that will carry you into the future of your practice.
